Registration for the 2026 audition clinics are now open! The respective buttons above will take you to the sign-up page and to the front ensemble and battery packets free of charge. Make sure to fill out all "Required Forms" and email them to drumline@gmu.edu prior to your first clinic (if you have submitted these forms for either of our 2025 Summer Clinics, this step is not necessary). All interested parties should also join our FB interest group.​

All video auditions should be sent to drumline@gmu.edu no later than 11/2. 

Specific video audition instructions are contained within the Battery and Front Ensemble packets.

VISUAL ENSEMBLE

The GMUID is once again fielding a VE as a part of the 2026 cast. Auditionees ideally have a background in pageantry, dance, acting, and/or performance arts and must be age-eligible to participate in WGI PIW in 2026. Selected performers will be asked to pay reduced tuition, and will not be asked to attend every rehearsal. 

If you intend on auditioning for the VE, you can do so by attending Audition Clinic 2 and/or 3 (10/12 and 11/2), or by submitting a video that you feel showcases your talents to drumline@gmu.edu before 11/2.
